The Hibachi Grill and Supreme Buffet in Lower Paxton Township, PA. is accused of falsifying a government document meant to promote food safety and sanitation, according to ABC 27 News.

A recent inspection of the restaurant found a total of 16 violations. The food inspector noted fly strips over food storage and prep areas, an accumulation of old food and black residue, plus mold accumulation on the metal shelves over uncovered food.

It was so bad, the inspector wrote that the person in charge does not demonstrate adequate knowledge of food safety.

Just imagine all the restaurants who pull this kind of unsanitary crap while they endanger the health and safety of their customers…
